Sky Hospitality Group, founded in 2007 by Master Chef, Yong Song, and Entrepreneur, Shawn Kim, has become a leading hospitality group in New Zealand. Yong's culinary expertise, backed by an international Japanese culinary cooking award, and Shawn's years of experience in banking and finance, have driven the success of the group.

Starting with a Japanese izakaya in a small alley of Queenstown, the group has flourished into a dynamic organisation. Today, Sky Hospitality Group owns and operates a diverse portfolio of brands, delighting customers across 15 restaurants and retail outlets throughout New Zealand, including Christchurch and Queenstown International Airports. Their dedication to culinary excellence and innovation has made them a prominent player in the New Zealand hospitality scene.

We value wellness at our core, knowing its significance for staff happiness. Our rewarding program encourages staff to walk or run for 10 hours monthly, earning $100 worth of shopping vouchers. In July, we proudly rewarded 85 staff, with more joining each day. Our aim is 100% participation, and we are making promising progress, already surpassing halfway.
