❤ What is the Partnership Program

"The culmination of one’s blood, sweat and tears will not betray the results" - The partnership program allows partners to own equity in the business they operate through direct investment. Partners receive professional training and support from the headquarters, working as one team for successful operation.

In addition to a base salary, partners earn performance bonuses upon achieving targets and are compensated with shareholder dividends based on their ownership percentage each quarter.

The training process is split into progressive stages of Crew - Trainer - Supervisor - Manager - Partner, with training materials provided for each position. Continuous reminders and support for necessary business operations are also provided.

파트너는 기본 급여 외에 추가로 목표 달성 시 성과급을 받고 또한 보유 한 주주 비율에 따라서 주주 배당금을 매 분기마다 보상 받게 됩니다.

Crew - Trainer - Supervisor - Manager - Partner 순서의 트레이닝으로 진행되며, 각 포지션에 맞는 트레이닝 자료가 제공됩니다. 또한, 지속적인 리마인딩과 사업장 운영에 필요한 업무도 지원합니다.
